I started the GDL (Graduate Diploma in Law) two weeks ago and am staggered by the workload. I honestly thought that people exaggerated the volume of work . Turns out they don't and I'm inundated with preparation. I'm also a single parent so to say that I'm overwhelmed is putting it mildly!
