Is 13 weeks a growth spurt?

My 13 week old has gradually over the last few days been waking more and more. She had as of last week, turned a corner and slept right through the night once, followed by 4 night just waking once at around 2, having been put down at 7. Thought things where on the up, then this week she has started waking twice again and is drinking 4oz milk each time. She woke earlier than normal this morning, 6 rather than 7, I think cos she was hungry. Help!! I just wonder if its hopefully a spurt, not that she has regressed and forgotten she can sleep for longer stretches. Any advice/comments/experience welcome

13 weeks is a growth spurt as they are begining to get hungrier. At 4 months my dd having done them same as uv described fed 4 times in 2 hours. Long feeds each time. She had a banana the day after and has never looked back!

definitely a growth spurt! Hang in there ans try to hold off solids until 26 weeks if you can
