We had a Heseltine wannabe (I am old sally, this was early 80s) with Stupidly Big Hair for a man that he used to swish around like a Timotei ad. I can't even remember the module now. He was risible.

I met a really sexy lecturer at an open day a few weeks ago. I'm looking forward to applying

avenanap -well of course we deploy the best-looking lecturers for open days, who wouldn't?

Zippi - v good point. I stand on the desk at the front and they watch me through opera glasses.

Marina - fortunately I don't have to worry about being uber-trendy

I had a chemistry teacher in boarding school who worse same brown polyester suit for seven years.
Image is burnt onto my retina even now, 23 years later.

That's most of my lecturers too! Though I had one in college, who wore jeans two sizes too small. And this was a rather big lady who was 24 and wanted to carry on being a student....I got a D in my Media Studies A Level so it kinda shows that didn't help...
