We have got this one training/Adult-&-Child-Toilet-Seat---White/2535 here and it's really good as you do not have to take it on and off. My dcs are girls though and I don't think it would be that much use with boys.

Do you mean this one? If so, we had it too and it was great not having to have a removable seat lying around on the floor of a small bathroom. My DCs are boys, they do tend to sit in the beginning, so it was useful.

I have the ones like allbuggiedout- in the wood colour, and it's been really good. Easy to keep clean and as you say, not lying around in our little bathroom and tiny downstairs loo. Ds really loved it, he felt like a 'big boy'
