New nappies - how do I prepare them for first use?

I have the following:

Fluffles;
Easy peasy Bambeasy;
Micro diddy diapers;
Hemp bosters;
bamboo boosters.

Baby due in 5 weeks and I need to get these washed and ready to go.

So, I need to wash them, but:

How many times (a different number for each type?)?
With what - eg half the amount of powder (and just in the first wash or every preparatory wash)?
Do I have to dry them between washes?
Do I need to wash my wraps more than once?

Please offer some advice to clueless first timer!!!!

I think I washed mine once, and also left them in the bath to soak overnight. I don't think you need to wash the wraps.
