DD is driving me mad help!

She is 9 and we think she dyspraxia (waiting for it tbc),she stays awake until about 9/10pm screaming and shouting and moaning about everything ,this is having a knock on effect on her little sister who is 7 , my 7 year old fell asleep last night at about 7.30 and at 8.30 she was woke up by dd1 screaming her head offi she then ended up downstairs until 10pm .
This morning she is miserable and crying and didn't want to go to school .
I understand dd1 finds it hard but I am getting very frustrated as she just wont stop going on and on and saying the most awful things .
Does anyone have any ideas about what I could do to help them both?
