mine or dh's legs, not hers, usu when I am cooking or something

am I meant to remove from situation and deny eye contact OR use it as a cue I have ignored her too long and spend time wioth her?

Um tricky. I would give a sharp "no", finish up quickly, and then do something with her.
It's not the attention seeking which is a problem - its the chosen method. You know, you need to knock biting firmly on the head before she does it to something softer (like another baby)!! DD bites too - mostly my chin, but as a game, and I know we need to stop that too!!
Incidentally, DD gets up, and simply hangs off my skirt or trousers!! drives me mad, that or she starts fiddling with teh cooker - which works every time to get my attention!
