which 1 of these 2 playhouse would you pick and which one would your dc pick?

please help me choose which one

option one

tavener

option two

cubby

what i am concerned about with option 1 tavener is porch is only 1100mm high and the cubby is a bit higher at 1200mm so another 140mm higher.

it will be stained a light/med brown.

I don't think that will matter though - the overhanging porch looks more fun, I think they'll enjoy going upstairs.

its just a bunk upstairs really but, i bet dd would like to pretend theres a bed up there or something, i suppose i'll have to go in there and play too. i'll have crawl through!
