You need to keep your temper, so you're showing your DD how to handle her emotions. Losing your temper encourages her to lose hers.

It's ok to say that you're angry though, and to tell her how you feel when she wees on clean dry clothes!

Go to the bottom of the garden & SCREAM!!!!

They may lock you up but at least you will get a rest

I had a day like that and like you decided that I could NOT stay in any longer. We all (myself and DDs) walked and walked and walked and got very wet but it made us all feel better and we are now very cosy and warm watching Monsters Inc on DVD!
