Hi Spandex, I'm doing MST121 Using mathematics this September too. I did open maths last Sept, which was not too bad. I may do MS221 exploring maths in Feb, but I have children at school so Feb start courses terrify me. The thought of working during the long summer break. Unfortunately, most OU courses at level 2 do start in Feb.

Im doing BSc in Coastal Marine Biology, my dp moved in last year and it was the first year, I found it really difficult with new house new partner and dd starting school aswell so I failed the first year, but the uni is being good and letting me try again. I know now what to expect and can do it this time but it is hard when you have kids that take up so much of your concentration. Anyone else finding it difficult to balance?
