Greasy patches on scalp after applying oil for dry skin - is it cradle cap

DD is 6 weeks and this has suddenly appeared after I applied baby oil to dry skin on scalp. Its not dry or flaky but when I rub it, it comes away - does it sound like cradle cap.

Sorry if this question has been asked before

Any advice out there

It could be but not sure! Ask yout hv next time you get dd weighed - or ask the pharmacist if you are out and about before then.
