I was in a shop the other day, and a woman came in with her DS in a push chair. I could'nt help overhearing the DC say "want potty mummy", or words to that effect, to which she replied, "I have'nt got your potty, you'll have to go in your nappy"!! I felt really sorry for the DC, but it was a very small shop, with no toilet facilities, so I don't suppose she could have done anything else in the circumstances. I imagine we have all had this dilemma at one time or another?
