Oh FGS.

So, what do you say to a 9 year old and 6 year old who are clamouring for an explanation?

Dance craze of the 1960s?

gigglewitch · 26/08/2008 21:05

definitely a dance craze. great minds, Rhinestone

BTW it came after the 'twist' but before disco. Blame the Bay City Rollers or similar long-haired weirdos pop stars

ahem, yes - at 9 & 6 they prob know what sex is.

Reminds me of the time I asked my mother what bollocks were and she told me "it's a not very nice word for testicles" I was 11.

He knows what sex is

Although I expect he'll tell her now...

You tell her. Much easier to tell them while they are young. Talking about animals mating helps!

LittleBella · 27/08/2008 09:56

Hmm, I think she's moved beyond that Willy book I got them ages ago...

Where Willy Went, that was it.

I suddenly realised that mention of a Willy book looks a bit odd.
