do i have to tell them? will it affect my benefits at all?

im not getting a loan or anything but hoping to get financial assistance with childcare and the fees.

anyone know?

i'd naively assumed it didnt make any difference but not so sure after reading stuff on here...

im a mature student btw.

It shouldn't make any difference, as the loan you get will be for specific stuff.

However, I would still tell them because then they can't say that you didn't.

thanks. i actually rang income support and they said that as any money received is purely to pay for childcare and the fees that it wont affect income support.

its more to do with if you go to uni and get a loan or a grant apparently...
