Nappy Rash??

I was wondering if baby girls get nappy rash more than boys. I ask this as my DB has two girls who both have had bad nappy rash problems, but my boys hardly had any except when teething. My little free pot of sudocrem was all I needed each time

Anyone with boys and girls have differences or is my DB just unlucky with his two

my girls got it bad, a lot! 2yr old still does every now and then.

DS is 9mnths and we have only had to use cream 2 or 3 times.

Thats interesting DJM, I wondered if it was something to do with their shape down there, not to be too TMI.

my ds had it a lot and still gets it now!

we use a cream from local pharmasists called metanium.. yellow bottle, quite thick but works a treat!
