I had that when I was younger.
No more dangerous than stairs anywhere else?!
Our garden wasn't very big and it was fine.

did you enjoy it as a child?

Do you have a climbing frame?

Pound for pound we have found the climbing frame has been a better investment for the kids than the playhouse we had at the old house (like the one in your picture) ever was.

DD and DS both get up and get dressed without any problem now just to be able to go on it before school and it has been a pirate ship and log cabin and all types of stuff.

We have a barn now in the garden rather than a playhouse and the only benefit of it - I thought it would be great as would mean we already had a readymade playhouse - is to store toys in!

Just something to think about.

head room is fine in it if I remember right, I had great fun decorating it I think I painted it about 15 different colours in the years that I had it.

As said on your other thread, if you're spending that much money, get a full size summerhouse which will last them longer.
