My son has such a big gob

Past few days (well, months really but worse these past few days) we have been hearing loads of shouting, screaming and banging from next door.

DS is playing out in the garden this morning, woman next door says hello to him and DS says (very loudly, probably in hearing range of her hubby):

"Hi! Do you have a black eye?? who did that?"

He's 7.

"out of the mouths of babes"

Sounds fair enough to me. He's being pleasant and observant. Might need to check on your neighbour though and let her know there's lots of help out there and she doesn't have to put up with violence and abuse.
