Nappy Nippas coming undone

My 15 month old wears totsbots + nappy nippas which has been a great combination so far. However, lately, when I go to change her nappy, I've found that the nippa has come undone...She has recently started walking, I don't know if that has anything to do with it. Is it possible for the nippas to "wear out"? Has anyone else had any problems with them?
