looking for cheapish buggy that reclines all the way...any recommendations?

I'm going on holiday with my 2.3 yo and my 7 month old so I guess I need another tracel buggy. The one I have at the moment doesn't recline all the way so I won't be able to use it for my 7 mo as he can't yet sit.....

Does anyone have any recommendations for a cheapish buggy that will recline all the way?

i have toys r us own brand Bruin which folds all the way down.
