sleepovers and sleeping arrangements

Hi
I am thinking of having a couple of my ds's mates over for a couple of sleepovers during the holidays.
However what do I do about sleeping arrangements, I only have the one bed for my ds is it okay for my ds and his mate to sleep in a single bed together one at either end.
This will be the first time I have done this so just wondering what others do.
I don,t have a ready bed or anything like that and don,t really want to have to buy anything.
Any ideas.

Can your ds mate bring his own sleeping bag or do you have one?

How old are they?

If no sleeping bag, a quilt and a pillow.

That's what mine do and so have their friends.

Put them all in the living room on sofa cushions. Then they can riot without waking you up. And they will riot, believe me!

Or buy a cheap blow up bed. You will use it lots. Or one of these. They fold up reaaly small and don't puncture like blow up beds.

I do have sleeping bags but I am thinking of comfort lying on a hard floor.

They are both 7

Looking back at my post I think it may be a bit misleading.
It will just be the one mate and my ds each time so 2 of them to think of.

They'll love sleeping bags

when my dd stays at her cousins house they sleep 'top to toe' so each has a pillow at each end of the bed. Her cousin is 9 and dd is 4.8 years.
