I think you'll find that outer fabric doesn't stay waterproof forever - you can source better in the UK I think.

Had a list of suppliers who serviced asia but can't find it right now - think they were Aussie companies in the main. Will have a search for you if I get a break from constantly bfing .

maybe buy their 'fitted diapers' and source decent wraps from elsewhere to use as two-parters?
