Do I need a liner in a fleece lined nappy?

Possibly a stupid question but I just bought a Minki Huggle and an Ella's House Bumhugger. Both are fleece lined. Do I need an additional liner?

the fleece will keep her bum dry so don't add a fleece liner, but you can use a paper liner for easier poo-disposal if you liked.
