DD age 41/2 has been dry at night for about a year but recently started wetting again. She doesn't seem to know she's doing it, nor does it bother her much except mummy getting cross about all the washing.

What do I do? Start lifting her? (We've never done that). Put her back in sleep pants? Buy extra plastic sheets and brave it out? (My current thinking).

when dd started wetting we started lifting her before we went to bed. We did wake her a bit so she wasnt weeing in her sleep. We stopped after a couple of months and then she was dry at night again.

Thanks, I'll try the whole lifting thing then.
