Leaving a baby in a car.

At dd's school there is a parent who is constantly leaving her 6 month old baby in her car with all the windows shut, her car is a good 3 minutes walk from the school and on a busy road and you certainly cannot see the car from the school.
Apparently the teachers have tried to have words with her but she is Polish and doesn't understand a lot of english.
What else can be done to stop her doing it? She parked infront of me today and i felt so guilty watching her walk off leaving her baby in the car and it must have been hot in her car because i needed to open my windows whilst i was waiting as it was too warm.
I tried talking to her but she just started speaking Polish and walked off, i would feel so awful if something happened to that baby.

Report it to SS? Or have the school done this already?

No the school have only tried talking to her, i think they gave her a couple of leaflets about leaving babies in hot cars but they were printed in english.

If you see her do it again CALL. THE. POLICE.

Babies can and do DIE being left in hot cars. No excuses you should NEVER EVER leave your baby alone in a car. EVER.
