Govt nappy lifecycle thing...... when is it out?

Does anyone know when the new govt nappy lifecycle report is out? it was originally due for august last year.. but keeps getting delayed. I cant find anything online about it.

It's well overdue, they keep putting the date back so I'm not sure when it'll be released. Have you seen the info about the more recent Dutch survey? www.twinkleontheweb.co.uk/environment.htm
