Sorry for being thick but what does PFB stand for?

.......???? I keep reading it everywhere but I'm still trying to work it out, something to do with a first baby but what does the P stand for? PS I'm a newbie is it obvious?

Ahhaaaa! I thought it was planned first baby LOL! That was the only 'P' I could think of! Podgy or purple were options too but there aren't too many purple ones about...
