I'm about to fit the baby seat on the back of my bicycle. DD is 10 months old.

Where's the best place to buy a helmet for her, and how much do they cost, approximately? And please tell me I don't have to choose between pink and blue!

Do you have a local independent bike shop? We got DS's there (and his is red, if that helps).

How about this one? www.wiggle.co.uk/ProductDetail.aspx?Cat=cycle&ProdID=5360032523&N=Bell%20Bellino%20Kids%20Helmet I bought one for my DS from them and it's great! Free P+P, and they come with an extra sheet of stickers to customise the helmet with. He goes and gets his now to get me to go out on the bike

They also do this one www.wiggle.co.uk/ProductDetail.aspx?Cat=cycle&ProdID=5360033672&N=Met%20Elfo%20Infant%20Helmet it's a couple of pounds more expensive but the yellow one looks great!

hi. I got my sons from halfords. the smallest i found was 48 cms. Can under one yr olds go on the back of bikes?? i wanted to get a bike seat AGES ago and i was advised (wrongly i now assume) that under one yr olds couldnt go on. Something about neck muscles not being strong enough.
