Has anyone gone from term time working to full time all year round working and how have you found it?

I changed when my youngest became secondary age. In honesty, I wish I'd waited a bit longer before changing as it was harder than I expected to still feel like i was there for her.

Just changed and have older teens in secondary and college.

I miss it- but I am overall much much more fulfilled and therefore. Better parent for it I think.

I did when mine started Y9&11.
Its been tough, but worth it - added to the fact its nearly doubled my salary, as the TTO role was a big step back. I'm currently trying to pluck up the courage to ask for some unpaid (parental) leave. Never been done in the company before..... im on statutory minimum holiday tho.

I went from term time to full year part time. 24 hours a week. Mondays off. DC are now in their 20s and those are still my hours🤣
