My 4 week old has some light pink spots in her nappy, is this something to be concerned about? I thought it was a one off but now I'm thinking it's cmpa. Other symptoms include

spit up after every feed
occasional projectile vomiting
stuffy nose for the past 2 weeks ( sibling has a cold though)
unsettled after feeds unless in a deep sleep ( arching back moving legs)
green poos and watery
at least 2 poos after every feed

It’s probably best you speak with your midwife/health visitor or doctor. All these symptoms should be checked by a professional, realistically as soon as possible.

Just FYI, COVID and RSV both caused my baby to projectile vomit (truly spectacular).

DD had lots of nappies like this. The GP said normal and don't worry. Her sleep was often very disturbed because of gas and not being able to poo. She also spat up lots and often had a blocked nose. She did a lot of poos - maybe 8 a day sometimes - until she was 1. When we started weaning it turned out she had egg and nut allergies. She was BF, not sure if what I was eating was upsetting her tummy? I ate lots of nuts post partum as a healthy snack. I suspect if you saw a Dr or health visitor they'd say not to worry, as they did to us. But I also suspect you might discover another allergy at some point, if it's not cmpa.
