Carrier recommendations for weak back! Carifit?

hi all! tricky situation but I’m due second baby in Jan and need carrier recommendations. I will have a 3 year old so will need a carrier (already have a wrap / sling for first few weeks). I found my old baby bjorn mini gave me a sore back with my first. I am not super strong and am prone to getting a sore back (terrible pain during pregnancy), which I know is not ideal and I prob won’t be able to baby wear when baby is huge but I want to be able to baby wear when necessary when I have to hand hands free with my toddler. I am after the most comfortable carrier that also isn’t too heavy (I’ve heard ergo baby Omni is very chunky?). i looked at the Carifit which has great reviews but not sure if it is structured enough to distribute weight / support. the Najell mesh also looks good? any advice would be appreciated! comfort and usability is key! some people swear by artipoppe but others don’t love it? thank you in advance!

Mamaruga Zensling spreads weight nicely but probably not beyond about a year.

I would highly, highly recommend visiting a sling library to try a couple of options and be shown how to put your little one in the sling safely and as comfortably as possible. There is usually a small charge to hire slings for about 4 weeks- usually around the £15ish mark.

The map here shows all sling libraries in Blue www.carryingmatters.co.uk/sling-pages/

I had two baby Bjorn carriers. The mini great when they are tiny but once they get heavier. I moved into the Bjorn one which has a waist strap aswell - spreads the weight across the back.
