Christmas Presents that aren't more "stuff".

My DD will be 6mths at Christmas. I have a 3yr old DS and through the generosity of family and friends who have passed on old toys etc we have almost everything we could possibly want.
DS loves to build collections of things so the list of things we could buy him is endless but I cannot think of a single thing for DD.

We already have a tonne of baby toys, a pile of wooden railway, a box of Duplo, and a toy kitchen. We have a Pikler triangle but no space for the attachments. We have a slide in our postage stamp of a garden and live somewhere that has a communal shed full of ride on toys and Cozy Coupés. We have had wardrobes full of clothes passed down to us too.

I've looked at classes and they're all either too expensive, too far away, or at the wrong time or on the wrong day.

Grandparents will no doubt spoil her rotten so a token gift for her would be okay but I can't even think of something small!

What novel/useful/small/non-object present suggestions do you have?

Open an ISA for her (and your ds). Or buy Premium Bonds.
I know I sound like a loon but your grown up dd and ds will thank you!

There’s often a Christmas light show in winter, usually at a local castle, perhaps a family ticket for this? An experience rather than stuff? both will love it.

Also second a bank account/isa for family who like to spend money. My kids also each get a non-breakable Xmas decoration each year, love hanging it on the tree and remember it each year and who gave it.

for grandparents we’ve gone with collectibles, brio, Lego, Barbie, asked them to spend no more that £10 adding to the collection

Was also going to suggest money to save or Premium Bonds.

So the 3 yr old sees them getting things, I'd get them to wrap up some practical things "to open" ... shampoo, a hair brush etc. The baby won't be interested and the toddler will just see 'some present' and not really think about it.

Something for future christmases... stocking, santa plate, music box, tree bauble, reusable advent calander, nativity acene... something like that.

Zoo/Farm/Soft play passes are always good at that age!

Days out or passes for a local attraction like a farm which justifies popping in for a few minutes instead of having to pay for a big day out.

Token bauble of her first Christmas.
