What would you do??? (Sorry long post)

Mums im in need of advice and opinions, I feel at my wits end. My daughter is now in year 8, but from starting secondary she has had no end of problems, I really feel it is mostly due to the struggle with transition from primary to secondary school. At primary she was the model student, the kindest sweetest girl who enjoyed school and learning, no teacher had a bad word to say about her. Then she started secondary school (with no one she knew-but a school she chose to go to) she has had no end of problems, a complete change in behaviour and attitude. Making 'friends' and trying to fit in with the crowd she is just non compliant, refusing to go to lessons, skiving lessons, being rude or walking away from staff, ending up in isolation or detentions almost daily. I cant commend the school enough for all their communication with me, the patience and support they have put in place for my daughter, she has tried flexi learning, reduced timetable (she saw as a luxury), youth outreach programmes, moving tutor groups, 1-to-1, endless meetings with us, her. They have given her chance after chance to turn it around. But its now effecting her education (she doesnt care). But the daily phone calls an emails are completely draining me and us as a family. They have said they can see so much potential in her which is why they have offered her so much time and support but she is so heavily influenced by her 'friendships' (friends who are also constantly in trouble or suspended). She has been offered a place at another school, which we are going to view, and we have 2 weeks to decide if we accept the place, but She is against the idea of moving school and I am scared moving her against her will could be detrimental. But feel out of options.
What would you do?

She has two weeks to show she can turn it around at her current school, or she gets moved.
