Fred and flo for tesco have have been so bad since a rebrand during the summer. I also found lidl not great. What's everyone using?

Pampers. The purple packet. Only nappies worth paying for tbh. I’ve tried every single brand going. I just shop around and buy them on offer

newmommy2006yay · 01/10/2026 19:20

yea pampers

pampers is the best my DD is 3 and still in size 5 the purple ones are the best but only go to size 5

cbbo · 01/10/2026 19:51

Sainsbury’s or Asda always fabulous. Pampers overpriced.

shellyleppard · 01/10/2026 19:52

I always used Aldi own brand. The pull ups were brilliant when potty training too

SwirlingAroundSleep · 01/10/2026 19:57

Sainsbury’s are by far the best, no night time leaks or anything.

Yes, I used to buy pampers for night time for my older son as nothing else worked but a few years on and Sainsbury’s definitely is equal and soooo much cheaper.

Yes. And a million times cheaper.

SwayzeM · 01/10/2026 20:13

Rascals. My dd works in a nursery and says they hold well and less prone to blowout than other brands they have for some of the kids.

OtterMummy2024 · 01/10/2026 20:45

Rascals are better than Tesco own, they're a good compromise when Pampers aren't on offer.

Blondeshavemorefun · 01/10/2026 20:47

Aldi own. I find pampers not very good and so costly

bur many parents think named brans is better like Heinz beans

SouthLondonMum22 · 01/10/2026 20:51

Pampers. Especially the nappy pants when they got more active, they were great.

YorkshireIndie · 01/10/2026 20:53

Nutmeg! Morrison own

HappyHoppysparrow · 01/10/2026 21:20

Aldi by a country mile. I hate how stiff pampers are and they leaked far more readily than any others on my daughter. Although having chatted to mum friends I think size and mobility of you baby/toddler has a massive impact, as does what they prefer to wear.

Aldi are also far more value for money which lets face it is very helpful!

MauriceTheMussel · 01/10/2026 21:21

Peachies!

newmommy2006yay · 01/10/2026 21:23

thay only go to size 6

Sainsbury's are excellent. Cheap and great quality nappies. Never had a problem with them. All other supermarket brands truly suck. I don't think Pampers are that much better in my opinion. They are thinner, so better design perhaps, but performance wise Sainsbury's are just as good.
