Struggling with my nearly four-year-old's aggressive outbursts as a single parent

Im a single parent to 4 children 6 years old and under. I have a some MH struggles like PTSD, anxiety and depression. At the moment I am really struggling with my 3 nearly 4 year old behaviour. He is the most amazing, funny, bubbly little boy and everyone who meets him loves him but his aggressive outbursts towards me are really starting to take a strain.
a little bit of background, I fell pregnant with my twin daughter when he was about 5/6 months old and 5 weeks after they were born 1 of my daughters fell seriously ill while at home with me and ending up in ICU for nearly 2 weeks over Christmas time, the following year almost around the same time her sister also fell seriously unwell and had to spend about a week in ICU while I was with her and my mum was also in hospital with the other twin their dad was ‘looking after’ him and his older brother, he ended up leaving them home alone(at the time a 4 and 2 year old) to get ‘milk’ the police and social services were obviously then involved, I kicked him out and ended the relationship. So a lot had happened in a short amount of time and all of them had their world very quickly turned upside down. So I suppose all I’m looking for is a bit of guidance/advice, he’s he emotionally unregulated, am I, are we both? I feel like a lot of the time it ends up in a screaming match between us both because he just doesn’t listen or understand. im still dealing with a lot and trying to heal, I’m just struggling a lot and even if no one reads this I feel like getting all of this out of my brain and put somewhere else is a weight lifted. ❤️

The book there’s no such thing as naughty is helpful, to remind you it’s not personal.
my boy same age can hurt me sometimes but it’s less now, focus on routine and healthy habits and sleep for both of you, and ensure at least ten mins a day of play with him making eye contact laughing and smiling and watching him on the floor. If you can even do 5 mins twice a day it will make a huge difference.
Really try to avoid losing control and shouting, you need to stay the calm adult. Do tell him firmly that we don’t hit etc.
