My parents need to buy a little present this morning for a little girl of a friend of theirs who is quite seriously ill in hospital (she is sitting up in bed and able to play, but may have something serious wrong with her ).
I'm not very good at girl presents, what do you think would be suitable for a 12 year old? It needs to be something easily available as they have limited shops near them - maybe even a handfull of magazines or books (what do girls that age read?).
