Hi, my name is Chris, and recently my beautiful wife gave birth to my wonderful daughter. I am so happy but saddened by what my wife is going through. The postpartum depression and all. She loves Middle Eastern cooking, and i have also we have also bought a small backyard grill from Spinning grilller. Please suggest some good recipes so that I can make for her that are healthy and nourishing as well.

Hope your wife feels better soon, it's really nice that you are trying to lift her spirits in this way.

Ruhammas food, you can find her on Facebook. A lot of easy one pan ones too!

Sabrina Ghayour books: Simply and Feast, I have been unwell for a while and visiting a friends house I looked through the Simply book. It really inspired me with lovely Middle Eastern recipes with bright clear photos and clear method instructions.

I bought both books as I couldn’t decide which to buy and I am steadily working through the recipes.
