Does everyone feel like this sometimes?

Does everyone have days where they just don’t want to be a parent and start questioning their life choices, or is it just me?

well mines grown now but - if I walked 15 miles that station doesn’t have cctv and I could get a train and take the tent and no one would know where I am ….

Yep I have this at the moment. Big time. It comes in phases mainly from sleep deprivation, extreme tantrums, no life of my own as such and pmdd

Yes I have felt like this and now my daughter is going through a sleep regression feeling it again. That feeling of wanting to run away from life and then immediately feeling guilty afterwards.
If you can get anytime, even 5 minutes to yourself it can really help but I know that’s not always possible. What do you do that helps when you feel like this?
