Potty trained DD regression - linked to new baby arrival?

DD2 will be 3 in November and has been potty trained since January. She has been dry at night the majority of that time too (we just got really lucky with both dds who were dry at night very quickly so we just didn't buy more nappies once the pack ran out)

In the last week or so she has simply stopped telling me when she needs a wee. She'll just stop what she's doing and sit down and look a bit worried. If I'm quick, I'll pick her up and take her but she'll deny she needs a wee and this ends in tears. If I'm not quick she'll just wet herself, then she'll come and tell me she's going to get changed 'because my pants are wet'

To top it off she woke up wet yesterday morning and has wet the bed twice tonight.

I am 39 weeks pregnant so wondering if it's anxiety related and if so....what on earth do I do?!

Will it resolve once the baby is born? We're going to go back to a sticker chart and see if that helps in the day, but I really don't want to have to put her back in nappies at night after 8 months without! :(

I’d say it’s probably not related to the new baby since it’s not born yet.
Id make a gp apt to review any likely physical causes- uti, diabetes and then I’d take the pressure off nights by using a pull up and focus on reminding/encouraging toilet use in the day. Lots of playing, fun and encouragement in case she is feeling out of sorts.
