Runaway teenager

My 15 yo daughter ran away from home, was returned but is threatening to run away again if we don't do what she wants. Im devastated as she is demanding us to let her out with teenagers we don't know (we know some of them are on drugs and others have problems with police). Phycologist works with her but I feel it doesn't help much. Any advice?

Was this the first time she ran away - what’s she been doing I’ve the summer
this all sounds horrible for you all - surely the physcologist can also raise a safeguarding concern

are social services involved? Has she been groomed and is she going to school
she is still a child so hoping you can get support
speak to school
Speak to the police
speak to the GP and no don’t let her out
take away her phone and have a look through

The first time she involved CPS trying to get foster parents to get her freedom. She told me that foster parents will only give her a curfew and she can hang out with friends she wants. CPS closed the case and explained to her that we are doing a good job and she is safe with us. The she ran away again after I banned her to be friend who punched someone so hard that he was arrested as that person was in hospital. She was returned home by police. The same evening she texted her bf if he can help her to run away. I contacted him(I don't know him personally) and warned him about police coming to him and his family if he helps her, So now she gave us a list of "her rules" and threatening if we don't agree she will run away...She never was like that and Im terrified...
