6 week old weird poop

Guys help - what is this in my 6 week olds poop? Seems fine in himself, fussy but has been that way since about 2 weeks. Is this normal or do I need a Dr? He was breastfed for around 3 weeks then switched to Hipp Organic. Thanks

There are scary green poos once they start weaning!

Green poo is often indicative of an allergy. If fully breastfed then I'd say this was an issue but I know some formulas do cause green poo. Why did you switch?

You can also get green poo after the rotavirus vaccination

If it’s just one nappy and not even a full poo I’d just see how you get on for the next poo.
