What is the second winter in nursery like for bugs?

I know there's no universal experience but I just want to find out what others have found.
My DS started nursery last October and got absolutely battered by bugs - HFM, roseola, vomiting bugs, croup, RSV, two hospital stays with bronchiolitis.
He's been really healthy the last few months and I'm quite scared to go back into autumn.
If your baby/toddler had a bad first winter in nursery, did you find the second one was just as bad or not so bad?

I worked in nurseries for years.
they’ll likely have streaming nose the majority of the time and a few bouts of D&V but the worst of the illness will be over. Unless they are yet to get chicken pox etc…..

Not as bad. The runny nose will last for months but they can still go in.
