Anyone had any luck getting on to a Graduate Training Programme? (teaching)

Keep reading it is very competitive!!
but would love to do it..any tips?

got offered on the back of working as an LSA for a while.

turned it down as it's not valid in some o'seas areas.

the big thing is to have classroom experience. have a friend who starts hers in september, she's been working as HLTA for 3 years.
