Toddler dropping centiles in weight

Just weighed my 16 month old and between being 7 months old and now he has dropped from the 28th centile to the 9th centile for weight, gradually over 4 spaced out weighs during that time.

7 months- 28th
8 months - 23rd
10 months- 14th
12 months - 12th
16 months - 9th

I can find information on this happening in babies but not over the age range of my son. Has anyone else experienced this? He's a fussy eater and still bf a few times a day and night. Do I ask my HV team for advice? We have Well Baby clinics I could book with them, or GP?

I would talk to your health visitor as a first stop.

You say he is a fussy eater, what does that look like with him? Limited range of food but spans the different food groups? Only eats some food groups? Only eats when he feels like it? What is happening there?

Perhaps stop letting him fill up on milk and make food the only option
