This extends outside of parenting but mainly happens towards my children. I have a fear if I don’t worry constantly and thinking negatively something bad is going to happen and scared to just enjoy things that something is going to happen. Anyone else?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Yes. All through their childhood and it got progressively worse. Have an OCD diagnosis now.

Some worrying is normal in parenting but if it is affecting your ability to enjoy your time with your kids I might say to talk to your GP or HV about it.
