Normal 2 year old behaviour??

i have a son and a daughter my three year old boy is profoundly autistic and my daughter is nearly two, she has plenty of words, involves me when playing etc. she’s very much where she should be but recently I’ve really worried about how bad her tantrums are.

If I tell her off or if she’s not getting what she wants she will do things like throw whatever she has on the floor, tip it all out, she gets in such a state and hyperventilates , throws herself on the floor and has the most awful scream then she will go up to plants etc and try and rip them apart basically just does anything for a reaction , today it’s really got to be because she was having a tantrum then put stones in her mouth for a reaction!!!

Is this normal behaviour? She’s so funny, sweet and helpful but when she turns she’s so so bad. My autistic boy has always been extremely chilled out so I’ve never had anything like this with him and don’t know if it’s normal or not 😩

She also pulls her hair when she’s angry, forgot to add that!
