Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Probably need some more info, character, behaviour, Communication.
What does she want and what do you want? Try and find a middle ground.
I was 17 in a world with barely mobile phones and for that I am eternally grateful 🤣

I get so worried about my 16 year old lad also i do give him times to come in but hes just turned 16

Devilsmommy · 14/08/2026 18:07

Personally I wouldn't because at seventeen they're basically an adult so shouldn't have a curfew

she is not a silly kid but I’m still so worried something will happen to her and she feels like I worry to much

At 17 I was at university. I did as I pleased. How can you give her a curfew?

whippersnapper55 · 14/08/2026 21:38

No I didn't impose a curfew on mine at that age, they're almost an adult! I would ask where they're going and they would generally tell me, they weren't hanging around the streets. There were no trackers then but I do think it's a bit intrusive to track them at 17 anyway.

Will she be going to Uni and if so, when will she be going?

If she’s taking A’Levels, is she working hard and getting the grades she needs?

Stressing88 · 15/08/2026 18:40

She is in college now but is very new to going out with friends she was picked on in high school so did not go out much

I think in that case it depends on how she’s getting home and who she’s going out with.

What time does she want to come home and what time do you think is reasonable?

she gets the bus home it’s about a hour and half to get home not really a specific time atm and it’s creating a issue I was thinking 10 on week days because of college

Mumof1andacat · 15/08/2026 22:17
