Help, I am going insane

My ex partner has made a section 47 enquiry against my partner and is not letting me see my children. To make matters worse the assigned social worker is on annual leave and I have no idea when this will be resolved. It is causing undue emotional stress lack of sleep, I feel like I'm going insane. Anyone else been through this? If so what were the outcomes did it end up in court?

It depends what the section 47 is around I.e. what happened and is there any truth to it. You could call county and ask to speak to a different social worker- there should be cover for leave. Is it your ex not allowing you to see the children or is it children’s social care not allowing you to see the children? If it’s under a section 47 then it will be social services not allowing contact until an assessment has taken place.
