Sickness bug every 48hrs?!

Hi,
Has anyone’s little ones had a sickness bug that’s follows this pattern?! My 3 year old was very sick last Saturday, every hour lots of sick all night, was ok by the morning, was then sick once after 48 hours, then was fine again, then sick again after 48 hours, almost to the hour! He is absolutely fine in between, eating drinking fine, I had the bug before him so fairly certain it is a bug but just want to know when it’ll end! Thanks x

Could he be getting reinfected? Everything might need disinfecting. Even stuff you don't think could possibly have been touched or affected as these things spread so far. Or it could just be harbouring in his system. Keep on with as much fluids and stuff and if it persists or he gets worse take him to a&e/doctors depending on his severity/symptoms.

Thanks for your reply but I am bleaching everything in between, all clothes/ bedding is getting washed at 60 and my 1 year old twins aren’t getting it. I’m completely stumped!
