Silent reflux. Change formula?

My little girl has silent reflux.
Shes really hard work. She got preached gavsicon but that caused her to go 3-4 days without pooing and when she did it was like sticky tar. She would be in pain during those days too.
So I bought carobel and that made her constipated with dry pebbles.
I’ve tried to only give either of them at bedtime which helps the reflux but still causes the poo issue.

Shes on HIIP organic and has been for 5 weeks. Previously I combi fed with Kendamil but Kendamil seemed really rich for her as she would almost do crunches when feeding it to her as though it was hurting her belly.

I really don’t want to meditate her so I’m trying to find other ways that could potentially help. Is it worth trying a comfort formula because it’s slightly thicker?
Or I’ve read before some parents just completely change the formula and they seem better?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I wouldn’t change milk again without talking to the GP. Have you considered CMPA? Might be worth raising with them.

She doesn’t show any other symptoms of CMPA. She’s literally only got this reflux. No rash, no explosive poos, no diarrhoea.
Im going to go to the doctors today and see what I could try. I just don’t want to medicate her
