Constantly hear neighbour shouting, she seems to shout instead of talking, it's annoying but that's by the by

She is always, always shouting at her primary school-aged child. The kid seems fairly boisterous and high-spirited.

I just heard her clear as day shouting 'come inside now or I'll batter you'

I actually have reported her before because I used to hear her shout really nasty insults at the child, either in the garden or when they were walking down the street, and one day I just thought it sounded so horrible I had to report. I haven't heard her be quite so nasty since then although she does still shout extremely loudly at the kid all the time.

Is this reason enough to report?

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

No.

Yes of course it is.

child abuse is everyone’s business. Shouting and swearing at children is abuse. The previous poster may not give a shit and think it’s acceptable to scream and shout at children and threaten to batter them but most sane thinking adults would disagree.

you hear something that bothers you … you report it. Simple as that
